How DC integrate all resource to make quick response manufacturing of apparel supply chain?

Since DC platform established in 2017, we have accumulated a lot of old customers and attracted many new customers. Some of our clients that we have known each other for more than 10 years since we were a small manufacture factory before.

In recent years, we have helped them to make supply chain optimization and even provide them with marketing strategies, sales suggestions, and after-sales advice etc.. Therefore, when we integrate apparel supply chain to build DC platforms, they strongly support us and benefit a lot from it.

Our customers can be divided into two kinds according to their placing order situation and re-orders.

• The first category of customers such as retailers, agents and online shops etc; From the first selection to the re-order of each quarter, all style comes from DC platform, because of the entire order operation process is very simple;
• The second kind of customers is traditional brand dealers, such as wholesalers, dealers, chain stores and so on. They have a strong fund to support their design team, and those styles are unique to their brand, but each quarter they will select some trendy styles to place orders on the DC platform.

What is the core competitiveness of the DC platform in the future?

In fact, there are two stages in the DC platform that need to be continuously improved and developed, until now our first stage has been smoothly running and on track;

• First stage: By integrating the upstream, midstream and downstream of the apparel industry supply chain, providing customers with a complete set of services from design selection – fabrics purchasing – bulk production, logistics,, using DC quick response placing orders and re-order, greatly bring convenience to customers, make them benefit maximization.
• Second stage: DC platform is developing software and technology:

1. New order progress query system;

This query system is a simple query tool combined with quick response supply chain management to our customer, it can easily to see your latest progress, can even see a skirt was cutting/sewing in hand of one of the factory staff. That makes your office merchandiser very convenient to check the goods and save time.

2.Database of offline stores collection;

Our aim is going to establish the “Intelligent stores” of quick response supply chain system with our customers this year, use our system to service more customers both with online & off-line stores.

The core of intelligent store is intelligence sensor and RFID electronic tag. By putting the sensor and RFID electronic tag in the stores, and combined with the camera to catch the consumer behaviors to establish a huge database, such as “Attention rate”, “Fitting rate”, “Sample conversion rate”, “Bought rate”etc..
